Return & Replacement Policy – Nirant Fashion

At Nirant Fashion, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion products that meet your expectations. Please read our replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Items purchased from Nirant Fashion can only be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Exchange is approved only once per order.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for replacement/exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing will not be eligible.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate an exchange request:

  • Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.

Return Shipping

  • Customers must send the parcel to our warehouse address at their own shipping cost.
  • Currently, we do not provide reverse pickup services.
  • If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, an additional charge may apply.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order details
  • Product images/videos
  • Unboxing video proof

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Products without unboxing video proof
